This could be a gamechanger. After years of mistreatment in jail, a botched investigation, cover up and a kangaroo court full of cronies of the deceased alleged rapist Kai will finally be heard in federal court. New Jersey courts have millions they are set to lose if and when Kai is exonerated so hopefully this will ensure he can finally get a fair trial.
